Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free on all US orders, with no minimum purchase and no discount code required.

Production and delivery

Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for production, followed by 2–5 business days for standard shipping. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, holidays and periods of high demand may extend these times.

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories may take an additional 7–12 business days.

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address before ordering. If you notice a mistake, contact hello@allmydarkthings.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once production or shipping has started.

If your package is delayed, missing or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
