All My Dark Things operates at allmydarkthings.com. The seller is HUSAC LUCIAN-MIHAI PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ, a Romanian sole trader (PFA), trading as All My Dark Things, with its registered business address at Bulevardul Bucureștii Noi, Nr. 136, Parter, Ap. 5, Sector 1, București, Romania. These terms govern purchases and use of our store, together with our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Please read these documents before ordering.

2. Eligibility and order information

To place an order, you must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement and be authorized to use the payment method provided. Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and keep any account credentials secure.

3. Products

Our apparel is made to order. Please review the product description, available options and size chart before purchasing. Images may include mockups. Screen settings and the printing process can cause minor differences in color or placement. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, incorrect or materially different from its description.

4. Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt confirms that we received your order; acceptance occurs when we confirm that it has been accepted for fulfillment. We may decline an order because of unavailable products, payment failure, suspected fraud or a material listing error. If this happens, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the cancelled items.

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you submit your order. The checkout total is the amount you authorize. We will not increase an accepted order's total without your consent. Future price changes do not change an accepted order.

5. Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. Production and transit estimates, shipping rates and tracking information are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If an order is delayed or missing, contact us so we can investigate. Where required by applicable law, we will offer a revised shipment date and the option to cancel for a refund rather than wait.

6. Changes and cancellations

For an address change, order change or cancellation request, email us as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation once production has started. The absence of a self-service cancellation option does not prevent you from contacting us or exercising applicable legal rights.

7. Returns, replacements and refunds

Because products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for choosing the wrong size or color. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description and clear photos. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, as described in our Return and Refund Policy. Contact us before returning any item. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider. These conditions do not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

8. Store content and acceptable use

Store designs, branding, photographs and text belong to their respective rights holders. Buying a product does not transfer intellectual property rights in its design. You may browse and use the store for legitimate shopping purposes. You must not use it for fraud, upload malicious software, interfere with its security, misuse other people's information or reproduce protected content without permission or another lawful basis.

9. Shopify and service providers

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform for this store. Your purchase is from the seller identified above, not Shopify. We use production, delivery and payment providers to fulfill orders. Please direct order-related questions to us. External websites may have their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Consumer rights and disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, legally required warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If an issue arises, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. Your rights to use applicable complaint procedures or courts are unaffected. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of statutory remedies.

11. Updates and interpretation

We may update these terms for future purchases by posting a revised version. The terms in effect when your order is accepted apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
